TanzaQuest (registered as TanzaQuestPro International) provides accredited, turnkey academic travel solutions, including but not limited to:

• Wildlife research expeditions (in partnership with Tanzanian universities)
• Swahili language & cultural immersion programs
• University-affiliated field courses & study abroad programs
• Sustainable tourism & conservation-focused expeditions
• Customized educational travel packages for institutions including schools, colleges, universities, students, academicians and researchers

Our services are officially registered and comply with Tanzanian educational and tourism regulations, ensuring safe, accredited and transformative experiences.

TanzaQuest.com is a platform that provides information and resources related to educational expeditions in Tanzania. Our services may include:

• Information about expedition planning, destinations and activities.
• Educational materials and resources.
• User-generated content, such as comments, reviews and forum posts.
• Communication tools for connecting with TanzaQuest staff, partners and other users.
• Booking and registration services for expeditions (where applicable).

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Website or our services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

• 6.4 TanzaQuest’s Role: TanzaQuest acts as a facilitator in connecting users with third-party providers. We are not a party to any booking or transaction between you and a third-party provider, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TANZAQUEST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• TANZAQUEST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
• TANZAQUEST DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

• IN NO EVENT SHALL TANZAQUEST’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO TANZAQUEST FOR ACCESSING THE WEBSITE.

13. Dispute Resolution

• 13.1 Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website, you and TanzaQuest agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting each other and engaging in good-faith negotiations.
• 13.2 Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and TanzaQuest agree that any unresolved dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Tanzania Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in Arusha, Tanzania. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
• 13.3 Class Action Waiver: You and TanzaQuest agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TanzaQuest regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings and representations, whether oral or written.
